HOUSING PRICES TO KICK YOUR softened 2.6%

The average price of private housing fell by 2.6% in the third quarter compared with the same period of 2013, up 1455.8 euros per square meter. This is three tenths less than the previous quarter and the lowest annual fall since late 2012. In addition, this decline, according to data from the Ministry of Development, "is tempered more if consider the effect of inflation, moderate in the last year. "Lowering the price index of housing (the sum of free flats and sheltered scheme) stood at 2.2% between July and September, and represents the fall more slowed since the second quarter of 2008. On a quarterly rate, prices fell 0.2%, marking a certain stabilization. What types of homes, new construction experienced a price decrease of 2.9%, while the floors used at the end of last September, had an average price of 1434.1 euros per square meter (-2.6%).
